Renewable Energy for Existing Stock

ALMOs and Housing Associations are under an obligation to reduce fuel poverty and to improve their existing stock under the government’s 'Decent Homes' and 'Warm Homes' initiatives. Many ALMOs and Housing Associations are also looking at ways of reducing their carbon footprint.

Photon Energy has partnered with a number of ALMOs and Housing Associations, helping them to identify projects that can access funding under these schemes, as well as developing some innovative new approaches for implementation under the new feed-in-tariff.

Our work has resulted in the installation of hundreds of our Suntricity PV systems for Kirklees Neighbourhood Housing as well as larger installations on sheltered housing schemes for KNH, South Essex Homes and Hackney Homes.
