- Microgeneration Certification Scheme for the installation of solar PV, solar water heating systems and wind turbines (Certificate number 1037). Our certification is from BRE Global.
- NICEIC Approved Contractor (NICEIC is the National Inspection Council for Electrical Installation Contracting, an independent consumer safety organisation).
- Contractors Health and Safety Assessment Scheme (CHAS).
- Our Quality Management System is certified to BSEN ISO 9001:2000.
- Constructionline is the UK's register of pre-qualified local and national construction and construction-related suppliers.
- Renewable Energy Association's Assurance Scheme for the installation of solar PV and wind installations.
- Accredited installer/service partner for Schuco, Mitsubishi, BP Solar, Sharp, Fronius, Proven Energy, SMA, Evoco Energy, Evance, and Skystream.
Awards
At the end of 2008, Photon Energy received the prestigious "Most Promising New Business" award from the Federation of Small Businesses. The company’s directors attended the Federation’s Gala Dinner and ceremony at Claridges in London on 21st November, where they collected the award which was sponsored by AIMS Accountants.
Henry Ejdelbaum, Managing Director of AIMs Accountants and one of the panel of judges said: “The judges chose Photon Energy as the business idea is good and there is a market for the company’s products and services. Photon Energy was started in the right way based on its owners' knowledge and expertise and also with financial prudence. It also demonstrated that their plans for future growth are realistic.”

Since receiving the award Photon Energy has grown beyond expectations, tripling our turnover last year and we have ambitious plans for the years ahead.
