Accreditations and Certifications
We are committed to providing high quality services to our customers and we have been accredited by the following schemes and organisations:
- Building Research Establishment under the Micro-generation Certification Scheme for the installation of solar PV and wind turbines (Certificate number 1037)
- Renewable Energy Association’s Assurance Scheme for the installation of solar PV and wind installations
- Constructionline is the UK's register of pre-qualified local and national construction and construction-related suppliers
- NICEIC approved contractor (NICEIC is the National Inspection Council for Electrical Installation Contracting, an independent consumer safety organisation)
- Accredited installer/service partner for Sharp, Lafarge, Fronius, Proven Energy, SMA, the Low Carbon Partnership, British Gas and Good Energy.
Warranties
All the equipment we offer is backed by a manufacturer’s warranty, which in the case of photovoltaic modules is up to 25 years. These warranties are passed on to our clients.
We are extremely confident of the quality of our installations and are happy to offer as standard a five year warranty on all our workmanship.
Health and Safety
We aim to maintain the highest standards of health and safety in all our work. We have a written health and safety policy and our procedures are audited regularly by our independent health and safety advisor. Our staff are experienced in working under the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations as designer, principal contractor and contractor. Our experienced project managers ensure the smooth running of all installations, regular communication between our site managers, the client and other contractors and the exchange of design and health and safety information.
Quality Management
We operate a Quality Management System in accordance with the recognised international standard, BS EN ISO 9001:2000. We have a documented set of procedures and a Quality Policy, as well as an Environmental Policy. We maintain programme of continuous improvement as required under the standard. Our Quality Management System was certified to BS EN ISO 9001:2000 in March 2008.
